Delivery FAQ
Do you have a store front location?
Unfortunately, due to the troubles our industry still faces with using regular financial services and obtaining credit or lease arrangements, we sadly do not have a shopfront at this time and are currently online only. However, we do offer 24-hour tracked delivery, which to London locations generally arrives the following day after being dispatched.
How do orders arrive?
We ship all orders in unmarked and sealed parcel covering our sturdy kraft mailer box inside, and use a PO box return to sender address on the labels. So, even though everything we sell is perfectly legal in the UK, customers can feel comfortable having the order left at a hotel reception or left with a neighbour for example.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
We currently use Royal Mails tracked service, as it ensures each order can be tracked in real time, via our WhatsApp automations or our tracking page. Royal Mail also currently provides the best green delivery system.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders the following morning, apart from on Sundays. Most orders get sent Tracked 24 service by the Royal Mail. 90% of the time the Royal Mail delivers the following day, and now even on Sundays in some locations in the UK. You can track your order using the link in your tracking email, or if you have signed up to receive WhatsApp updates, they will be sent live to you as your order makes its way through the network until delivery.
